Influencer Account: Registration of an influencer account entitles the Influencer to:

1. A free full access for the Influencer and up to two other users for an initial period of 2 months.
2. The complete free access for the Influencer and up to two other users continues as long as the Influencer receives commission.
3. A unique referral code that entitles organizations signing up with the Influencer code to a 20% lifetime discount.

Compensation: Influencer shall be entitled to receive compensation for each unique and completed transaction that is generated by an organization that has signed up using their Influencer link, pursuant to the following terms and conditions:

1. Commission Rate: The commission rate payable to the Influencer shall be 20% of the net sale amount of each transaction that is generated by an organization that has signed up using their Influencer link.
2. All payment commissions will be discounted from the Influencer’s commission.
3. Payment Schedule: The commissions payable to the Influencer shall be calculated, processed, and paid bimonthly for transactions completed during the immediately preceding period.
4. Payment Method: Payments will be made to the account designated by the Influencer where possible, or failing that through Paypal or by bank transaction.
5. The Influencer is responsible for complying with their fiscal obligations.

Cancellation of Transaction: In the event a transaction is canceled, or reversed, the associated commission shall be deemed withdrawn and no longer payable to the Influencer.

Amendment, Cancellation or Termination of the Agreement: GPT Corporate reserves the right to amend or cancel this agreement, or terminate the participation of any Influencer in the program, at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion. In the event of agreement cancellation or Influencer termination, the Influencer shall be entitled only to such commissions as have accrued and have not been forfeited, previously paid or recovered by GPT Corporate, as of the date of termination.

Prohibited Activities: Influencer shall not, and shall not allow others to engage in any illegal or fraudulent activities, that by nature or result, would damage the reputation or brand of the GPT Corporate or the created perception of the provided products or services.

Compliance with Applicable Law: Influencer agrees to abide by all applicable local, state, provincial, and federal regulations in representing GPT Corporate’s products or services.
